It has been widely documented that youth unemployment in Northern Ireland is at its highest level in recent years - Graduates are not only faced with a lack of job opportunities, but a vicious circle of not having the employment experience for the few opportunities that do exist. At Advantage we are eager to help address this ongoing problem by offering unemployed graduates one feasible solution: “Consider Business Start-Up”.
