Business Boot Camp

Then Business Boot Camp is for you.

Boot Camp explores and develops your business idea in a way that no other development programme does:

• You will experience first hand from young entrepreneurs who, like you, had the ambition to turn their idea into a successful business

• You will achieve recognition for your development through accreditation from the Institute of Leadership and Management

• You will learn from professional business mentors

• You will experience an international element to learn from the best in your business field

• You will be able to apply for funding upon graduation from The Boot Camp
 

The Boot Camp is an innovative initiative that combines real insight into the world of an entrepreneur with an innovative training programme that includes a unique international training element.

Impact Day 

Participants will take part in a fun day out, organised to allow them first hand experience of a small business in action. Participants get to enjoy the fun aspects of the business and then afterwards meet the inspirational young business owner who does it for a living.  Impact days will be provided regionally.

Boot Camp Training 

The recruits will receive Advantage's ILM accredited training, counselling and support for the development of their business idea, with the opportunity to meet with your fellow recruits and business advisors to chat through your progress.

Boot Camp goes international

You business plan will be assessed, and you may be selected to be drafted onto a 5 day residential programme in an international location. You will be hosted by the World Trade Centre and shadow an influential business. You will learn through activity important aspects of business and develop your personal entrepreneurial ‘never give up’ attitude. 

Get Funding!

You will be able to apply for funding for your business from Advantage’s Investment Fund upon graduation from the Boot Camp.

Boot Camp is currently closed for applicants. We hope to run another Boot Camp programme in the near future. If you would like, you can still apply here!
