Well, to start with, employment skills and a good work ethic are two things that employers and entrepreneurs the world over have identified s important in business. Many even argue that they are more highly valued than qualifications and experience...and that’s great news if you’re looking for work.
Every employer is looking for a particular set of skills from potential employees, sometimes these include job-specific, technical skills, but there are other important skills that are universally sought by employers all of the time. These nine employability skills, as suggested by industry, are invaluable and are all covered here in our tailored learning exercises.
